🚫 Returns & Cancelled Orders

  • You may return or cancel orders within 14 days
  • A 25% restocking fee may apply
  • Additional carriage or collection charges may also apply
  • Special order items are non-returnable and follow the manufacturer’s return policy

    ⚠️ Items must be in resalable condition:
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Not damaged
    Returns that don’t meet these criteria will not be accepted.

    Please note: We do not offer a collection service — customers must arrange their own returns.

Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.

⚙️ Faulty Goods

We will exchange or refund faulty goods if:

  • within 30 days
  • proof of purchase
    Please return faulty items to our address, or contact us to arrange collection for bulky goods.
    In some cases, we may conduct a site visit to confirm the issue and organize transportation.

❌ Unwanted Goods

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return stocked goods if:

  • within 30 days
  • resalable condition and with original packaging
  • original receipt

✅ A full refund will be issued only if our Branch Manager or their Deputy confirms the item is resalable — their decision is final.

🚚 If collection is needed, we charge:(minimum £50)

  • 10% collection fee (minimum £50)
  • Collection within 7 days (for locations within our published delivery area)
  • ⚠️ Items delivered directly from manufacturers are not considered stocked items and cannot be returned.
